Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms govern how you use the Yamme service through the App — monitoring vehicles, viewing history and reports, receiving alerts and sending commands. They apply together with the End-User License Agreement and your organisation's agreement with Daw Alfada; where they differ, your organisation's agreement prevails.

1. Who may use Yamme

You must be at least 18 and authorised by an organisation with an active Yamme subscription. What you can see and do depends on the role your administrator gives you.

2. Lawful use

Use Yamme only for lawful fleet management. You are responsible for having the right to track the vehicles, assets and people involved — including informing drivers where the law requires it — and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Remote commands and engine cut

Commands such as engine cut act on real vehicles. Send them only when it is safe and lawful, after confirming the vehicle and the situation. The App asks you to confirm and warns you when a vehicle is moving; the decision and its consequences remain yours and your organisation's.

4. Accuracy of information

Positions, speeds, fuel levels, alerts and reports depend on the tracking devices, how they are installed, and mobile and satellite networks. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check before acting on them, and never rely on Yamme alone where lives or safety are at stake.

5. Alerts and notifications

Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. Phone settings, battery savers, network coverage and third-party services can delay or prevent them.

6. Your conduct

Do not share your account, try to reach other organisations' data, disrupt or overload the service, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or enter false or unlawful content — for example in zone names or support reports.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Yamme available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.

8. Suspension

We or your organisation may suspend or end your access if these terms are broken, if security requires it, or when your organisation's subscription ends.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. To reach us: Settings → Troubleshooting in the App.
