End-User License Agreement
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This agreement is between you and Daw Alfada Technologies ("Daw Alfada", "we"), Baghdad, Iraq, the developer of Yamme. It governs your use of the Yamme mobile app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you accept it. If you use the App on behalf of an organisation, you accept it on that organisation's behalf.
1. The licence#
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on phones and tablets you own or control, only to reach the Yamme platform account your organisation subscribes to.
2. What you may not do#
You may not copy, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the App, except as the law expressly allows; rent, sell, sublicense or distribute it; remove its notices or brand marks; get around its security, sign-in or permissions; or use it to reach data you are not authorised to see.
3. Accounts#
Accounts are created and managed by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your password and your phone secure, and for everything done with your account. Tell your administrator or our support straight away if you suspect misuse.
4. Ownership#
The App, its design, the Yamme name and logo, and all related intellectual property belong to Daw Alfada and its licensors; this licence transfers no ownership. The data your organisation's vehicles and devices send to the platform belongs to your organisation.
5. Third-party components#
The App uses third-party services, including Google Maps for maps and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. Their own terms apply to their parts.
6. Updates#
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.
7. No warranty#
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Location, speed, fuel and other readings come from devices and networks outside our control and may be delayed, missing or inaccurate. The App is not an emergency service.
8. Limitation of liability#
To the extent the law allows, Daw Alfada is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the App — including decisions taken or commands sent through it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Termination#
This licence ends automatically if you break it or when your organisation's subscription ends. You must then stop using the App and delete it. The sections on ownership, warranty and liability continue to apply.
10. Governing law#
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
11. Contact#
